Frank Bachant
Managing Partner
Frank Bachant is the Managing Partner of Tier One Equity LLC. He entered the commercial real estate space in 2020, building on nearly three decades of experience in IT, telecommunications, and sales. He is currently partner in 72 doors of multifamily real estate.
He earned his undergraduate degree in Computer Information Systems from Florida Gulf Coast University, and at just 20 years old, he founded a highly successful IT and telecom corporation, where he continues to serve as president. Frank is also a GSA/SAM-certified federal contractor, further demonstrating his ability to meet the highest standards of trust, compliance, and execution in complex environments. Earlier in his career, he led top-performing sales efforts within Hewlett Packard’s marketing division—laying the foundation for a career defined by calculated risk-taking, relationship-first leadership, and an unwavering commitment to follow through.
Over the years, Frank has led high-performing teams and managed thousands of complex projects. He has successfully closed hundreds of telecommunications contract deals and earned a reputation for delivering results in high-stakes, technical environments. That operational discipline now powers his work in real estate—fueling his expertise in deal sourcing, due diligence, capital raising, investor relations, and asset management.
Frank focuses on building strategic, lifetime relationships with aligned partners. The firm’s investments aim to protect capital, produce steady income, and build generational wealth—while unlocking potential tax benefits through the power of multifamily real estate.
